Hello, I’m Natasha!

I know how hard it is trying to find yourself again after going through such a huge life changing experience transitioning into motherhood.

I used to sit awake in between feeds through the night wondering how I was going to manage to keep going through sleep deprivation. 

Feeling like I wanted to have a focus on what could give me a sense of purpose outside raising my child.

I had a light bulb moment that created a new sense of drive and motivation to start moving towards finding a sense of identity beyond motherhood. 

I help mums rebuild confidence and discover how to navigate transitions in life after motherhood. 

I've worked with mums for almost a decade and offer mindfulness and life purpose based coaching to help lead them to a become more intentional in life.

I created my VOICES framework which is now the foundation for how I can help you build your self-trust and become the version of yourself that feels more present and connected.
