Why Work with Me?
As well as being a mindfulness teacher and coach, I also have a Postgraduate Diploma in Community Education.
That means I have worked with many people from different backgrounds which includes 7 years of experience supporting children with ASN and their parent carers.
I also have two neurodivergent sisters, therefore I have experience and knowledge of the different challenges that can arise from accessing services and the barriers that parents and carers can come against.
I have combined my experience of supporting families in community/school settings, and my personal experience, with mindfulness practices to create this unique course especially for you.
