Reconnect and Restore Your Wellbeing
An 8-Week Self-Paced Course to Reconnect to your Wellbeing
I used to carry other people's stress and worries and struggle to know how to let go of them.
I can remember going to workout classes gym that I loved. I felt in the moment during the class and a burst of energy straight after class.
However, a few hours later my mind would go back to worrying about the past and trying to predict the future.
I was giving my energy away and not prioritising my own mental health.
When I began learning more about mindfulness, I was eager to bring the practices into my everyday life.
That meant I was able to let go of the worries I was carrying about the future and feel more present in my life.
I gradually felt less stressed from carrying worries and was able to bring stress management teqhniues into my day.
This helped increase my energy in a more sustainable way by bringing small mindful moments into my daily routines, even when I had a hectic schedule.
After discovering the benefits of mindfulness in my own life I decided to learn how to teach others to help make a difference to their health and wellbeing.
Think about or imagine…
Starting each day feeling calmer and at ease.
Responding to challenges that arise with calm, clarity and patience.
Having time to practise self-care and focus on taking care of you.
Connecting with your identity beyond your caring responsibilities.
That's why I designed an online course especially for parents and carergivers who want to discover new ways to manage stress and reconnect to their own needs, so that you can experience more peaceful moments.
Introducing you to…
The Mindful Reconnect
Over 8 weeks, you’ll discover mindfulness techniques, practical strategies, and have the chance to join a private Telegram group with other parents/carers in neurodiverse families.
The Mindful Reconnect is based on my Burnout Prevention Method using my ARIA Framework.
This involves mindfulness based practices to help you increase your self-awareness, reflect on your thoughts and feelings to gain an insight on what patterns you have.
And finally, taking mindful actions to support you to feel more present and grounded in your everyday life.
Just think about how much lighter you could feel.
The Mindful Reconnect helps you let go of unrealistic expectations of what you ‘should be’ doing and release the pressures you put on yourself.
Because you're already enough and doing enough for your family.
By the week 8, you'll be equipped with tools to manage stress, increase your energy and feel calmer in your daily life.
What Makes this Course Different?
You spend a relentless amount of time learning to understand your child’s needs, which change all the time.
You give so much of your time and energy to advocating for getting the support that your child needs and deserves.
Which can leave you feeling unheard, exhausted, and overwhelmed, that’s on top of everything else that your juggling.
When you’re lying awake at night feeling a sense of guilt for not doing more or a sense of grief for the life you thought you and your family would have it can feel like you’re carrying the weight of the world.
You’re looking for a calm haven where you can have time to rest and take care of yourself, without sacrificing your energy because I know how precious your energy is.
You did it. You found Butterfly Minds.
As well as being a mindfulness coach and yoga teacher, I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Community Education.
That means I have worked with many children, young people and adults from different backgrounds.
During my time 15 years working directly with people in the community learning and development field, I saw the impact that constant stress and overwhelm had on caregivers, especially those parents/carers who were raising neurodivergent children.
You deserve to be supported through the highs and lows of neurodivergent parenting.
And you can do this by creating small pockets of time to prioritise your own needs, as they’re just as important as your child’s.
I have combined my professional and personal experience to create this course especially for you.
What Other's Say
“Listening to your voice is so soothing and made me feel relaxed right from the start.
Life can feel full on and tiring. It felt good to slow down and to think in the moment and let other thoughts and anxieties momentarily disappear.
I felt wonderfully calm, and relaxed.”

“I was a bit unsure if the mindfulness course would be for me at first. I have ADHD and find I struggle with mindfulness techniques and keeping up with courses!
But the course was broken down into easy to follow bitesized chunks, which meant I was able to work on them at my own pace.
I found the videos were fab and made me feel connected while completing the course. The resources and tips were really helpful and easy to use.
I have found being in the moment and meditation after stressful moments to be very helpful for me to calm my mind when I feel overloaded. I have 3 neurodiverse children and have a very busy life, so taking some time for mindfulness is really helping my mental health and wellbeing.
Natasha has a calming energy which helped me stay calm as I watched and followed her tips and techniques. I would absolutely reccomend this course for busy parents!”

If you’re wondering….
What if my mind is too busy for mindfulness?
There isn't a right or wrong way to practice mindfulness. Everyone's experience will be unique to them.
Some people's minds are busier than others yet everyone* can practice mindfulness.
*If you have experienced PTSD or serious health issues please speak to your GP or other relevant medical practitioner before practicing mindfulness meditation.
Or…
What if I don’t have enough time for mindfulness?
This is a pre-recorded course which means it is self-paced and you can go at your own pace whenever you have time. You might have read or heard that you need to spend a long amount of time meditating to practice mindfulness.
There are a variety of different mindfulness practices included in The Mindful Reconnect, and it isn’t simply a bundle of meditations.
Mindfulness meditations do vary in length, however you have the choice to practice for the time that you have. This could be 1 minute or 20 minutes.
What's Included?
Instant access to online self-paced content, so you can join anytime that suits you.
Audio meditations and worksheets, to help you rest and reflect.
New techniques to support you during the challenging moments.
Ongoing support in a Telegram group, because being able to ask questions, share insights, and connecting with others is a great way to continue your mindfulness journey.
Lifetime access and access to any future content so you're able to revisit the activities whenever you like (as I know it can be easy to forget things!).
