A mindful approach to manage stress to prevent a burnout cycle.
Using my 4-step ARIA Framework:

Develop an awareness of the thoughts, feelings, and emotions you have.
Reflection
Reflect on how the thoughts and emotions connect to your behaviour with guided reflective prompts and activities.
Insight
Gain an insight into what thought patterns and habits you hold and how they have an impact on your wellbeing.
Action
Start taking small mindful actions to create a calmer and more compassionate mental mind.
By working through these steps, you'll start feeling lighter, motivated, and feel more present within yourself and with your family.
By week 12, you'll have built a deeper awareness of your mind, experienced ways to reflect on aspects of your life, gained insight into what things you would like to improve, and taken many actions towards creating a calmer mindful life.

Tracking Your Journey
In week 1, you'll have the chance to complete a self-reflection Wheel of Life exercise.
From this exercise, you'll choose 3 areas of your life that you would like to focus on during our time working together.
Each month, you’ll be encouraged and motivated to take small actions towards reaching your desired outcome relating to the chosen area.
During week 12, you'll be asked to fill in the Wheel of Life exercise again to reflect on any changes and acknowledge your journey.
