I spent 7 years working with children and parents/carers, many who were neurodivergent, and supported them at meetings and appointments advocating for their child’s needs.

And I'm part of a neurodiverse family myself.

What’s involved in Transform?
Energy Reset
Month 1
Two fortnightly online 45 minute Yoga Nidra meditation sessions, via Google Meet
You’ll be guided through a short grounding breathing exercise before a deeply relaxing meditation.
You'll have space to reflect afterwards and receive an audio Yoga Nidra to listen to between the sessions.
Receive support and share insights, ask questions, and receive tailored guidance to help integrate Yoga Nidra into your life.
Start of Month 2
We'll meet for a 60 minute live call where you’ll be invited to complete a Wheel of Life Exercise.
To help you identify what area(s) of your life that you would like to focus on during our time working together.
Months 2-4
Every week you'll receive…
Tailored Support
Guidance, support, and encouragement from Monday to Friday via Telegram.
Ask questions and receive coaching on anything that comes up for you.
You can message/voicenote me at a time that suits you, and there isn't any pressure to reply to my messages straight away.
Reading
You’ll receive a digital copy of my book ‘Mindful Living: A Guide for You and Your Family’. I’ll invite you to read 1-2 short chapters and give you a reflective prompt.
Self-Care Activity
An activity from my Self-Care Bundle to help you to spend time caring for yourself (people pay £97 for this, but you get it for free!). This could be a breathing exercise, journal prompt, a meditation, or gentle yoga.
Friday Check-in
I’ll invite you to share your reflections from the book chapter(s), your experience of the self-care activity, and any other insights/actions that you've had/taken.
Just think how you could feel when you start to recognise your efforts and celebrate yourself.
End of Month 4
Sustainable Wellbeing
Final Live Call
Complete the Wheel of Life exercise and acknowledge your journey.
We'll create a tailored self-care plan, so you'll be able to continue taking care of yourself beyond our time working together.
And celebrate your wins, because it can be easy to not realise how far you've come!
