What age is this best for?

The Calm Kit is ideal for children aged 4-8, however many activities can be adapted for slightly older or younger children.

Is this suitable for neurodivergent children?

  

Yes! The Calm Kit was designed with inclusivity in mind, and all activities can support neurodivergent children.

It includes visuals and activities for different learning styles and needs. All the text including, the picture book ebooks and gratitude journal, is written in a Dyslexia-friendly font.

I know that each child is different therefore you will be the best person to know what activities will meet their needs.

Can I use this in a classroom or a therapy session?

Absolutely! The Calm Kit is perfect for group work, 1:1 sessions, or quiet moments of reflection at home or school.

Do I need mindfulness experience to use this?

Not at all. The activities are written in simple language and are easy to guide, even if you’ve never practiced or shared mindfulness before!
